Suggest Remedies For Itchy Hives Breakout All Over My Body

hi, this moring i walked outside barefoot like i always do, but the bottoms of my feet became severly itchy. Hives didnt appear right away, however, they are all over my body now. I also had the cold sweats this morning and feel weak if i stand for long. taking benadryl currently. 8:00am today is when the feet started itching.
