Suggest Remedies For Liquid Filled Blister

I was getting a school sore and my mum told me to put dettol antiseptic liquid on it. But she didnt tell me to dilute it! (and i didnt read the label :(

it seems to have blown up into a liquid blister and is seeping every now and then.

What should i do?
