Suggest Remedies For Migraines,shooting Pains From The Back To Neck

in 2000 I was involved in a bad accident and I sprained my lower lumbar and suffered a head trauma lately I have been having severe migranes and pain shoots from the back of my neck to my lower back I went for MRI's and x rays but they can't seem too find anything wrong I have gained weight mostly in my stomach area due to the pain I am unable to exercise like I used to I need help don't know what to do
