Suggest Remedies For Mild Headache And Nausea

I have been dizzy with a mild headache for a few days. It makes me feel worse and naseous if I turn my head to fast, turn my eyes to the side or bend over. I hold on to things when possible to maintain my balance. It has been making it very difficult to keep getting my work done. I do not know if it is related to the stomache pain that I am following up with a GI in two weeks with or not. Looking for suggestions because Motrin is not helping much and laying down all day is not an option.
