Suggest Remedies For My Torn Frenulum

I tore my Frenulum yesterday during sex, there was a lot of blood, it is a big tear I think it's been severed completely. I don't want to visit the doctor, but i need to know how to treat it and wash it as it is very painful to roll the foreskin back, will this heal on it's own? do i risk infection?
