Suggest Remedies For Open Pores Caused By Acne

hello doc, I am a 21 years old female. I have had pimples and dark spots all over my face since puberty Now I started using Dermadew lotion as per a doc's advise but there are so many open pores in my face and there is not improvement in these pore though pimples and dark spots have reduced considerably. What should I do? Please help.
