Suggest Remedies For Pain And Swelling In Ear Due To Infection

Hi! My name's Theo, I'm 12 years old and live in Sweden. I have an infection in my ear, and sadly, I'm stupid enough to scratch in my ear, so it only gets worse... I'm afraid the infection might have spread to where the muscle of the jaw meets the ear area, because it's slightly swollen and it's painful to touch. What should i do?
