Suggest Remedies For Pain In Anus Due To Hemorrhoids

a couple days ago i read that when dealing with hemorrhoids it might help to stick your finger in your butt and help push the veins back... i did that about 5 days ago and my butt has been in a lot of pain it hurts to clench my butt or go to the bathroom as well as walking and sitting. pain is coming from rim of the butthole but i have not seen and any bruising. what do i do?
