Suggest Remedies For Pin Stuck In Penis Opening

A few years ago, I stuck a nail pin inside the opening of my penis. It slipped further than expected and I lost it inside of me. I've taken a few x rays but no one can seem to find it. I was told it might of fallen out, but I think its still there, because I still get pains behind my groin area.
