Suggest Remedies For Recurrent Stabbing Pains In My Stomach

i am having sharp stabing pains in my stomach that goes away and comes back every few seconds. hurts really bad. all day. been having diareah and not feeling good for the last week do i need to go to the hospital??? pepdo and ibrofen is not working.
