Suggest Remedies For Recurrent Water Filled Rash On Limbs And Arms

22-month old daughter has reappearing rash, primarily on legs and arms but now visible on back. Red areas with white patches that look "fluidy" but without swelling. Cannot think of any changes in diet or soaps & lotions, etc. Lots of mosquito bites on legs, a few on arms.
