Suggest Remedies For Red And Painful Heat Boil On Face

i have a heat boil on my chin and its hurting a lot.Its become so swollen and red that the very first thing to be noticed on my face is only that. please suggest me some quick relief to it as i am unable to face people with such a bad boil on my face :(
