Suggest Remedies For Red Itchy Rash On My Scrotum

Hello. Recenrly, ive developed a red rash on the upper part of my inner thighs and in between my anus and scortum area. WHen I touch the areas they are sensitive and slightly painful. Sometimes it feels like a wound of some sort that is drying up - sort of like a scab. When I sit down I actually is slightly painful. This has also caused for my anus to develop an itch that comes randomly. For the last two days ive been using hyrdoclorixide ointment, and its relieved the pain slightly, but not the itch too much. Am I using the right methods to treat it? Its appearance looks kinda like a skin burn. It doesnt bleed. What can it be?
