Suggest Remedies For Red Pimples On The Stomach

My daughter has gotten these red pimples on her stomach and legs..My Pediatrician gave a prescription oral and it taste awful.. Needless to say we wasted the whole bottle.. They seem to spread when shes active outside or gets sweaty. Is there an over the counter solution for this? Her 4 yr checkup is in a couple of days. Should I just wait and see what the doctor says. Her Pediatrician had recommened we might freeze them off..
