Suggest Remedies For Red Scabs And Itchiness In Scalp

hello i have recently put a hair dye on my head and it has brought red scabs and itchyness to my scalp and my face is very swollen particully around my eyes do you have any advice for what i should do ? my doctor has put me on medication but it does not seem to be working?
