Suggest Remedies For Sever Pain And Loss Of Appetite After Removal Of Urinary Bladder

dr .my father aged 72 ,got operated for urinary bladder cancer last Jan.and doctors have removed bladder and applied bag.Now he has lost weight,is in great pain and unable to take solid food.The test reports shows spread in liver and kidney.Kindly suggest what to do,for pain relief.
