Suggest Remedies For Severe Anal Itching

Hi im very worry i been in 2 dr and they dont find what i have and its so embarrassing for me i have intensity itching in the rectus area i start with hemorroidal ointment with biofactors from truly & nothing i went to a doctor she send me hyderm 1% hydrocortisone acetate that was on mar 16 2010 & nothing after she send me ratio-amicinonide cream 0.1% on may 20 2010 & nothing they sendme nexium 40mg esomeprazole magnesium 100 tab on jan 18 2011& nothing and after i went to another doctor because she told me she culdnt do nothing else for me and he did test 4 parasites and everithing negative so he send me apo-clarithromycin 500mg on mar 16 2011 and now send me to a specialis they dont find nothing help im going crazy i cant slepp!!!
