Suggest Remedies For Severe Dandruff And Flaky Scalp

I have excessive dandruff and white flake on my scalp. I use shampoo(good anti dandruff brands) everyday but it still does not go.My skin also gets extremely dry usually after bath. And also i have this itchy skin sometimes especially in sun. All this happens mostly when i reduce my exercise or increase my sugar intake. Can u tell me a good solution for it.
