Suggest Remedies For Severe Eczema On My Upper Lip

Help I have unbearable eczema, I have started using rosehip oil on my upper lip as it is dark rough and deep cracks. It is so obvious and looks awful, I do not want to use steroid on it as that is what caused the skin damage. What can I do and how do I stop it spreading?
