Suggest Remedies For Severe Sweating In Groin Region At Night

I am a 26 year old male and for years i have had an embarrassing problem. At night i sweat a lot around my groin region and between my bum cheeks, due to this i scratch through the night and sometimes i wake up with blood underneath my finger nails. it has always been uncomfortable but i could deal with the pain, now i also have developed severely spotty thighs and bum cheeks. i need to deal with this problem at last, not only for me but for my new born son and wife. please help me
