I have had surgery on my right shoulder in 2002. the doctor shaved something off and told me i had a partial tear in rotator cuff, now been having an increasing amount of pain in shoulder shoots down arm in to wrist and hand, vicodin and ametriptalyne don't help all that well any suggestions
