Suggest Remedies For Small Itchy Dots On The Nipples With Clear Discharge

this is embarressing but on both my nipple area there is dots that are leaking clear liquid, and its itchy. im a virgin so i ruled out being pregnant. i have recently changed detergents so thats a factor. this err problem has been going on for a week or so.
