Suggest Remedies For Smelly Fluid Discharge From The Skin Folds On Stomach

In folds of skin on stomach I have a discharge like liquid come from the area. It is thick and sometimes white and smells terrible. I do keep it clean but nothing helps stop it! Powder seems to help but doesn't last. I feel other people can smell it. What can I use to keep it dry!
