Suggest Remedies For Spordiac Burning Sensation In The Upper Arm

I'm having a sporadic burning sensation on my upper arm on the lower fleshy area. It started the other night. I thought I had been bitten by a fire ant but non around. There's no discoloration or bump or anything but it is getting more painful and only now and then.
