Suggest Remedies For Stitch Marks On My Face

hi i had a puss on my face (big pimple ), i consulated a doctor he said go for the surgery , as he tols i had a surjery ,that pimple has gone but stitch marks still present on my face , whenever i look at that mark i fell , i made a mistake , please help me to get out of this
