Suggest Remedies For Swelling And Infection In My Foreskin

Hi I had alot of sex with my girlfriend a few days ago and afterwards my foreskin became very swollen and red, I did some research before going to the hospital and finding out it was paraphimosis or at least thats what we think:) Now the doctor sent me home with antibiodics and told me there was really nothing he could do. But it was middle of the night and that particular doctor never has liked me much. Not to say his conclusion would have been different. But after a little more research i came across the dundee method. So I practiced it on myself. Most of the fluid is now evacuated from my foreskin but some of it still remains and its getting harder to get out. I can however barely pull my skin back over the head now but i'm afraid if I leave it that way over night it might leak out fluid and get a infection or something.... Do you think I will be o.k. to just stop where im at?
