Hi last night in the shower my 13 year old uncircumsided son tore his frenulum breve .He went to school today and i just checked it he cannot pull the foreskin back it is swollen and is starting to smell.Last night it looked like two seperate penises with a skinny pat in between sorry cant describe better the skin in between was rough and had like cuts help thank you
