Suggest Remedies For Tightness In My Neck Skin

hey i used to use scoal tobacco like a while back, and now my cheek on the side where i held the dip is getting smaller than the other side. Also the skin on my neck on that side is getting tighter.. i was just wondering if there was anything i could do to prevent it from continuing or at least slow it..
