Suggest Remedies For Ulcers And Sore Throat

hi there im 20 years old, and have had a sore throat for the past 3days and notice a few ulcers at the back of my mouth, i find it very hard to swollow and to eat and everytime i do eat or drink i bring it back up, im feeling a bit drained, please help
