Suggest Remedies To Find The Inserted Mirena Coil

Hi I had the mirena inserted about two weeks ago, the three days after I felt dizzy and a little spotting , and now I have spotting again, I try to look for it but I can't find it even I can feel some swelling inside of my vagina its that normal? What can I do to find it or do I have to go to see my doctor... Gloria Puga
