Suggest Remedies To Get Fair Complexion

This is swepna, 28, India. I have wheatish complexion. My face has black pigmentation around lips, and dark circles around eyes - I wear spectacles. I am conscious I am not exposed to Sun too as I leave early morning to office and only back by evening to home. Also, I tried some home tips to become fair - lemon juice , honey, Fairness cream, drinking water, - but no positive workout on my face. Please help me get fair complexion
