Suggest Remedies To Grow My Hair Faster

i trimmed my hair yesterday. i hate it. i had really long hair and i went to trim it because the last time i trimmed it was 2 years ago. i told her i don't want it to show that i trimmed it but she cut it really really short and i want my hair back. is there any way i can grow it faster i few days. please i really want your help. i cant stand it.
