Suggest Remedies To Thicken The Foreskin

Over the past two years I've had to apply cortison cream on my foreskin because it often sore. I believe that the cream has thinned my foreskin and this could be the problem of my soreness. Can you recommend a good moisturiser which might thicken the skin
