Suggest Remedy For BP And High Fasting Sugar Levels

I have diabities but my fasting sugar levels are 120-130 but post is app 140-180 for the last time i got it checked my 3 monthly gi was 5.1.I have thyroid n it is normal for 1 yr .I am taking Xmet250mg 1 daily and thyronorm 100mg 4 days and 50mg 3 days.I want to know is this ok or i need to change medication.I also tk tabs for Bp
