Suggest Remedy For Haemolytic Anaemia Causing Blood In Stools

Hello, I have hemolyctic aneave this is mia and get a lot of transfusions. They say the reason I have this is because of artificial valves, aortic and mitral valves, are shredding the blood cells as they go through the heart and not supplying blood to the rest of my body. They believe it is escaping through my stools. Is there any way I figure this out. Since the middle od December, I have has 8 or 9 transfusions.
