Suggest Remedy For IBS Syndrome And Incomplete Emptying Of Bowel

Hello, you may be able to suggest a miracle !....I am 73yr.old female severe bouts of IBS have to take Movicol daily though, due to practically no Peristalsis from Pregnancy and severe Episiotomy from birth of my 1st.baby in 1970, have a Diverticuli in Sigmoid Colon, and am worse now since having a Colpoplexy about 5yrs.ago now, so to be able to empty my Bowel is sometimes impossible (this is the worst complaint l have ). Sounds terrible l know, and it is very debilitating, l am a Retired Nursing Sister so do understand, and it worries me that l will have to tolerate this anyway for the rest of my life. Will Colofac help me, or make things worse, l would only use it occasionally. I am very active for my age, still play tennis, do aerobics, yoga etc. Thanking you for your offer to help. Heather.
