Suggest Remedy For A Boil In The Perineum

I am 5 weeks post delivery and triwd to have sex last night which didnt really work but i woke up with a little pain in my pernieum so i looked and it was a little red in a spot and there is a small knot under the skin that is painful im thinking its maybe a boil? How can i get rid of it?
