Suggest Remedy For A Bump Appearing Behind The Ear

I have a smaller bump behind my ear, the size of a pea. It is hard, feels like bone more than a swelled out pimple. Everything is pointing to a swollen lymph node but I was wondering if it could be from strain on my neck from shovelling. Also, the lump itself is painless but it feels like it may be sitting on top of a vein which feels bruised. I am currently taking accutane 40mg for about 2 weeks now with no side effects as of yet.... BUT this is not a pimple.
