Suggest Remedy For A Burning Sensation On The Foreskin

hi,my husband is uncircumsized,and his fore skin burn when pulled back to urinate,now he has a red bump,with scab on left side of vein,and fore skin is red,can you tell me what this is,it has has burning sensation every time fore skin is pulled back during sex,or urinating
