Suggest Remedy For A Chronic Leg And Knee Pain

I have been diagnosed with chronic leg/knee pain.. It is getting worse but none of my doctors seem to care. (i am in the military) All they give me is IB profin. They gave my vicodin once and it was very helpful but, everytime I go, I get a new doctor.. Do you have any advise for me?
