Suggest Remedy For A Lump In My Throat

i swallowed a chip that i didn't chew on very well and it scratched something on my throat. Now i have a lump on my neck so i went and saw a doctor, she prescribed me some antibiotics thinking it was my lymph node and i was fighting a infection. i dont think it is an infection because right when i got cut the bump was there.
