Suggest Remedy For A Lump On The Penis

Hi Doctor - A lump has been developed recently in my penis, just below the penis head, on my left. It doesnt pain. The lump is more prominent during erection and it is very mildly felt (but could be seen) when the penis is not erect. The lump is just softened when penis is not erect. Please advice.
