Suggest Remedy For A Lump On The Penis

OK...I know this is really disgusting, but a few days ago I noticed a weird "pimple-like" thing on the lower side of my penis. It's not quite like a pimple-- it may be-- but it doesn't hurt like a typical one and is a bit more "under the skin" if you will. It's a bit tougher. I honestly don't think it is much to worry about, but I just would like to be sure. Is there anyone that can help me answer this?
