Suggest Remedy For A Lump On The Side Of My Penis

I have a lump on the side of my penis area like between my legs and the penis area and I don't know what it is. I had it about two weeks ago on my left side and it went away but now its on my right side. Originally I had got it I think was because I had a urinary tract infection. What do you think?
