Suggest Remedy For A Penis Condition

I m 18 years old, 6 3 , and about 240 pounds. my penis is about 1.5 in soft, and about 4 in hard, and about 1.5 in round when hard. I don t know what kind of doctor to make an appointment with. What can cause this? I don t think I am going through pubity either
