Suggest Remedy For A Persistent Headache

my blood pressure is 95 over 86. I am 61 and a fitness instructor. I have had an ongoing headache for ages and this last two days have experienced 4 occasions of pins and needles on my left side right through to my hand, foot and lip. When this happens I feel slightly faint.
