Suggest Remedy For A Persistent Painful Blister Due To Burn

Hi Doc.. Last December while working in the kitchen a drop of hot oil fell on m wrist and it hasn t healed until now. It has now buldged out and looks sort of a mole. I am unable to understand what it is and it seems it has some roots bulging out. It hurts if I touch it.. I took amoxillin for 5 days but it made no difference... Any help is appreciable.. I can share the pic if needed... Thank you for your help and time.
