Suggest Remedy For A Piece Of Meat Growing Under My Nose And Above Lips

hi i have a piece of meat growing under my nose and above my lips. it started off as a small piece of hardened skin, i tried pealing it off a few times but it just bled and grew bigger. Now its forming a hard flacky texture and is teh size about a piece of rice. what is it?
