Suggest Remedy For A Problem In Sexual Affinity

hi,i am a girl and i had a lady trainer in my company,i liked the way she speaks and everything else and i went totally crazy and started messaging and giving blank calls to her.I really don't know why the hell i am doing all this.i really want to know how to get out of all this.
