Suggest Remedy For A Recurring Itchy Rash On My Inner Thigh

My inner thighs are red and itchy. This happened about a month ago then went away with an anti itch cream. Now its back again. Both times I also have a rash between my thumb and forefinger, kind of bumpy. Only on my left hand. Right now the groin rash is on my left side. Strange...
